Chrysalis is a company that provides a variety of support services for at-risk adults and/or juveniles that have developmental and intellectual disabilities.  These individuals also have a variety of fragile medical issues.  This position requires the ability to work in stress-filled and safety-sensitive environments, make crucial decisions in regards to the care and treatment of at-risk individuals, and possess the ability to communicate those decisions effectively to others.

The Quality Enhancement Department is responsible for bridging any divide between the individual houses  and the management team.  The Q.E. assistant is directly responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Swing (4pm to 12am)  and Grave Checks/inspections (12am to 8am) to assure that proper care and attention is being given to the individuals in our 24 hour care.

• Dispersing Audit Forms and reporting those findings of both morning and afternoon checks/inspections to appropriate members of the management team over each house

• Identifying and reporting to Associate Director immediate safety concerns or any other issues identified within any of the properties.

Qualifications:

 Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 minor moving violations.

 Be at least 21 years of age, due to insurance reasons.

 Understanding of all DRC and Chrysalis policies.

 Good communication; ability to report to director.

 ALL training must be completed and updated yearly.

 Good skills in documentation and paperwork.
