Chrysalis is looking to hire a direct support staff member to help support individuals with disabilities living in group homes. Rather than working in a school or a classroom like a typical aide or paraprofessional, you would be supporting individuals with disabilities in their own home.

We have openings for evenings and overnight grave shifts. We can accommodate part time or full time employment.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with disabilities to complete household tasks
Teach communication skills
Promote exercise, healthy eating, and overall wellness
Implement behavior support plans
Participate in fun and meaningful activities in the community

Qualifications and Skills

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Experience and Education: High School diploma or GED
